Payment for Services

Locust Street Resource Center accepts most private insurance, all Illinois Medicaid – Healthchoice Illinois plans, Medicare, employee assistance programs and private/self-pay. 

 

Self-pay, Reduced Fees, Co-pays and Deductible/Spend down payments are expected at the time of service. We accept Cash, Checks, and Debit/Credit Cards for payments.

If you need assistance with paying for services, we offer Special Circumstance Reduced Fees for individuals without health coverage or limited ability to pay who are in need of services.  If you have questions or concerns  please call or visit the office to discuss payment arrangements.
