The initials steps of starting services vary by program/service.  LSRC staff will explain the process to you and answer any questions.  In many of our programs, service begins with an assessment of your needs followed by developing a plan that reflects your needs and preferences.

Coming Soon  ---- We will be offering you the opportunity to fill out preliminary paperwork prior to your appointment from our website.  You will be able to complete it at home and then submit it to us before your appointment.
